CORE CLASS WITH KELSEY

Hi, I’m Kelsey and teaching core classes absolutely positively lights me up.

I’m a top age group triathlete and five-time member of Team USA. After a serious car accident that led me to physical therapy, I discovered that strength, mobility and stability were the key to my pain relief. I loved the work and soon became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, teaching at multiple facilities and to multiple groups including swim teams, run clubs and triathletes.

After years of teaching in-person core classes, I retired from that chapter of my life. And then, in the spring of 2020, I began leading virtual core classes. It was so much fun that now I’m offering classes on-demand. You'll find the warm-up sequence available here for free! ⬇️

Each class begins with the same warm-up, guides you through 15-ish minutes of core work and ends with either a guided meditation or breathwork.
