I’ve known this my whole life, but before I discovered Human Design, I tried to follow the rules.
That was fine. But I’m not here to be fine…

I see all of the gold my soul chose for me and I feel the magic and the ease and the joy bubbles that flow through my body as I follow my design and share my unique gifts. I’m super intuitive and filled with childlike wonder. I love to play and connection is everything for me. I’m here to heal myself so I can help others heal themselves. And I’ve got the gift of SEEING people. I see your light and your soul and your gifts. I see into the center of your being. I see your essence. I see your awesome.
I SEE WHO YOU TRULY CAME HERE TO BE.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to shout from the rooftops, “We’re all unique and there are millions of ways to do things.” But out here in this big wide world, I kept hearing, “Kelsey, you have to do it this way.” I stomped my feet and said, “nope” again and again, but eventually I’d get tired of fighting and wonder if they were right. I wondered if they actually knew what was best for me more than I did. I tried it their way. And things felt heavy. It felt hard. I lost the feeling of flow. I lost the feeling of play. I didn’t feel like me.
HUMAN DESIGN REMINDED ME OF WHAT I ALWAYS KNEW:
We are all unique and our souls picked out the perfect way for us to do things.
Human Design gave me permission to be me. This is when I knew I needed to share this golden gift with everyone. Seeing all the magic in someone’s chart and then meeting the powerful human that goes with that chart—oh my goodness, I love it so much. Showing people how much love and magic their souls sprinkled into their blueprints makes my heart light up. And then when I get to use my coaching skills, my natural gifts and Human Design to help people remember who they are, I feel ✨💫💃🏽💥🌈🌟🔥.
Professional Bio
Kelsey Abbott is an Energy Alignment Coach who uses science, spirituality, human design and her own intuition and embodied wisdom to coach you toward unleashing your most authentic, joyful self.
She’s a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Performance Energy Coach, Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and has studied and trained in Human Design, Reiki, Tibetan meditation, Feng Shui, and mindfulness meditation.
Before becoming a Certified Professional Coach, Kelsey earned her Masters in Marine Biology and graduate certificate in non-fiction writing. She worked as a nationally-recognized science writer, as a marine biologist studying dolphins and killer whales, as a personal trainer, a group fitness instructor, a swim coach, a triathlon coach and a food blogger.
Kelsey is a competitive triathlete and 6x member of Team USA. After a decade in Maine and 16 months of traveling around the U.S. in a small camper, Kelsey now lives in Sarasota, Florida with her husband Pete and pups Zumi and Tashi.
