Private coaching sessions are perfect for people who want to live a happier life, start a business, improve relationships, upgrade their health, elevate their athletic performance, change careers and/or have more fun. I bring my entire bag of tricks to each coaching session. We’ll use what we need and skip the rest. That bag is overflowing with professional coaching skills, energy healing, emotional release tools, mindfulness, Feng Shui, Human Design, Gene Keys and my own intuition. We’ll start with one session and, if we decide we want to work together long-term, then we’ll create a program that feels great for both of us.
human design READINGS
Do you want to know everything about your soul blueprint or have questions about your Human Design? These playful co-creative sessions are for anyone curious about themselves, including those who are brand new to Human Design and those who are years into their Human Design experiment. We will dive into every part of your chart, including your life purpose, where you’re designed to focus your energy, how you’re not designed to use your energy, how you interact with others, how you’re designed to digest food and life and lots more.
POCKET COACHING
This work is so powerful, so fun and so easy. Here’s how it works: You and I communicate through regular voice memos and text messages using a free, secure app. We can connect every single day if you want. Together, we navigate the big stuff (like career or relationship changes, improving your performance in work, sports or life, and/or increasing your confidence and joy), but we also navigate the daily stuff like, “how do I get out of this dinner invitation without looking like a jerk?”
Here’s what makes pocket coaching awesome:
You don’t have to be anywhere or do anything at a certain time. Ahem: FREEDOM!
You can get real time (or close to real time) coaching from me while you’re in the experience. You don’t have to hold onto ideas or issues until your next session. We address things while they’re active and then we move onward. No need to ruminate on things for days and no need to coach around something that you’re already over. We move the energy right now so you can get on with your life.
You can be out and about, living your life, and have me in your pocket, like a secret weapon.
You can get coaching around the “little” daily things like that dinner invite I mentioned above, because, while we grow so much through the big events in our lives, it’s through the little things that we become who we’re meant to be.
