POCKET COACHING

This work is so powerful, so fun and so easy. Here’s how it works: You and I communicate through regular voice memos and text messages using a free, secure app. We can connect every single day if you want. Together, we navigate the big stuff (like career or relationship changes, improving your performance in work, sports or life, and/or increasing your confidence and joy), but we also navigate the daily stuff like, “how do I get out of this dinner invitation without looking like a jerk?”

Here’s what makes pocket coaching awesome:

  • You don’t have to be anywhere or do anything at a certain time. Ahem: FREEDOM!

  • You can get real time (or close to real time) coaching from me while you’re in the experience. You don’t have to hold onto ideas or issues until your next session. We address things while they’re active and then we move onward. No need to ruminate on things for days and no need to coach around something that you’re already over. We move the energy right now so you can get on with your life.

Hi! I’m Kelsey. I’m a Life Purpose Coach, Human Design Guide, instigator of joy, and hippy-jock triathlete dedicated to helping you welcome more ease, joy and abundance into your life.

I’ve been a Certified Professional Coach, Performance Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner for a decade (holy moly!), supporting hundreds of people with mindset work, Human Design, meditation training, energy healing and Feng Shui.

I’m a 4/6 Manifesting Generator with Emotional Authority, and, when I’m not playing with my amazing clients, you can find me triathlon-ing in the sunshine, juggling, creating plant-based deliciousness in my kitchen or exploring the trails with my husband and our pups Zumi and Tashi.
