March Energy Update with Amy White: It’s MAGIC

“Challenges are a part of this Life school, Earth school. Suffering is really optional.” -Amy White

Amy White is back to help us see what energy is in store for us in March. The theme of the month is magic! Many listeners may feel like even though the energy might feel more intense, it is also moving through more quickly. We start the episode talking about Amy’s experience pole dancing. She explains how it has helped her get out of her head and into her body, and how it helps her remember the importance of play. And that’s the energy this month: it’s magical, playful energy. Some of the seeds we’ve planted in the recent past are starting to sprout, and we’re being called to choose what to weed out and what to nourish, all based on what we dream the field is supposed to look like. It’s about truly knowing who we are. As a collective, we’re in the tipping point between the thinking-mind and the heart-mind, and our bodies are the key to accessing the heart-mind. Listen in for the magic!!

“Getting out of my head and into my body is on of the biggest gifts I’ve given myself.’” - Amy White

“The car will go where our eyes go, so where are our eyes going? Are they focusing on play and wonder, or are they focusing on all of the things that are ‘wrong’ in the world that we have no control over.” - Amy White
