“Stop ‘should-ing’ yourself, or ‘supposed-to-ing’ yourself. And now start riding more with this flow that you do have and find what's natural for you.”
- Emma Jensen

Emma lives her Human Design through giving voice to the voiceless. She helps animals and their owners create a deeper, more understanding relationship while bringing healing to the animal as well. She works with individuals and couples in Human Design where understanding your (and your partner’s) blueprint sets you free from conditioning and brings compassion to you and those around you.

“Nothing is better or worse [in a human design chart] than anything else—it’s just that it’s all different.”
- Emma Jensen

This week’s episode is another free-flowing conversation about Human Design with Emma Jensen. We dig into what routine means to different human designs, the bad habits many of us have learned about stress, and even differences between digestion profiles. Curious about human design? This and the earlier episode with Emma are a great place to start. Enjoy!

“Whatever comes easy to you is what you are meant to put your time and energy into and give to other people, because it doesn't come easy to everybody else.”
- Emma Jensen
